        we embrace the concept of regionality.

  •     Energy for heating and hot water comes directly from our forest
        we have a wood chip heating system.
  •     When the weather is sunny, our photovoltaic system supplies us with electricity.
  •     We wash our laundry with Frosch brand detergents (organic quality since 1986)
        and we don't use dryers to dry our laundry – everything is air-dried :-)
  •     Excellent spring water flows from the water pipes in our house
        you don't need to lug plastic water bottles into the apartments.
  •     We attach great importance to proper waste separation.
